PVC-U Pressurized Water Pipes

Pipes are produced from PVC-U (polyvinyl chloride without plasticizer) material by extrusion method, and additional parts are produced by injection and ready-made garment method.

Usage area: Underground pressurized drinking and potable water transmission lines.

Our production capacity ranges from outer diameter 20 mm to 1000 mm.

Pressure classes are PN 6-8-10-16 Bar for outer diameter 20-355, PN 8-10 Bar for outer diameter 400-800, PN 8 Bar for outer diameter 900-1000.

Joining types: Gasketed plug-in socket with external diameter between 50-1000 mm, and adhesive socket with external diameter between 20-400 mm. Their useful length is 6 meters and the color is dark grey.

Pipes are produced in accordance with TS EN ISO 1452-2 and fittings are produced in accordance with TS EN ISO 1452-3 standard.

Production is also available in PN 4 pressure class, which is not within the scope of TS EN ISO 1452-2.
