PPRC Plumbing Pipes and Fittings
Egetherm plumbing pipes and fittings are produced from PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) raw material, which is resistant to temperature and pressure.
Usage area is indoor pressurized cold-hot water installations.
It is produced in white and gray colors in SDR6 (PN20), SDR7.4 (PN16) and SDR11 (PN10) pressure classes, 4 meters long.
Working pressures of SDR 6 pipes in cold and hot water applications:
- 20 Bar-50 years at 20 oC
- 10 Bar-50 years at 60 oC
- 8 Bar-50 years at 70 oC
Working pressures of SDR 7.4 pipes in cold and hot water applications:
- 16 Bar-50 years at 20 oC
- 8 Bar-50 years at 60 oC
- 6 Bar-50 years at 70 oC
Working pressures of SDR 11 pipes in cold water applications:
- 10 Bar-50 years at 20 oC
The production range is 20-160mm outside diameter for pipes and 20-110mm for fittings.
It is easy to install with Füzyotherm welding technique and saves labor and time. Information regarding installation is explained in detail in our Technical Manual. Linear Expansion Coefficient is 0.15mm/mK.
It is suitable for use in drinking water and does not change the color, smell or taste of the water.
