Natural Gas Pipe Systems

Egeplast A.Ş. Natural gas pipes are manufactured from medium density polyethylene PE80, which is procured from Europe's leading raw material manufacturers. Our natural gas pipes, made of polyethylene, which is the most suitable material especially for pressure pipe applications, are yellow in color. Being a flexible material, one of the main features of polyethylene, ensures impact resistance even at very low temperatures and therefore ensures its widespread use in urban distribution lines of a very important service such as natural gas.

Production capacity is in outer diameters of 20-630 mm and in SDR 11 class.

Lengths are 100 or 200 meters up to an outer diameter of 110, and 173 meters in coils up to a diameter of 125, in straight lengths suitable for transportation in larger diameters.

It complies with TS EN 1555-2 standard.
