OUR SELECTION AND PLACEMENT PROCESS

Our Recruitment Process begins with several stages of competency-based interviews, and when necessary, the process is continued using other tests, including personality inventories, foreign language and competency tests. In the last stage, a Reference Research is carried out; A Job Offer is made to the suitable candidate.
